Do I have enough room?
Our units require approximately 5′ of clearance on all sides to operate correctly. The area must be clear of rocks, sticks, stumps and be (more or less) level.
Do I have to set the bounce up?
No, we set the bounce up where you want it and we take it down when we pick it up.
How does a bounce inflate?
An electric blower is used to keep the bounce inflated. This blower must run the entire time you are using the bounce. The blower must be located within 100 feet of an electrical outlet.
If there is no power available for the blower, we can rent you a gas-powered generator for your event.
Can I cancel?
Yes, if you cancel at least 4 days prior to your reservation, your deposit can be applied to your next rental. If you cancel within four days of your event, a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount owed will be applied.
If your rental is cancelled due to weather your deposit will be returned or applied to another day. Cancellations are accepted only via phone – no email, fax or voice-mails.
If you cancel once we are en-route to the event, you will be charged for the full amount of the rental.
Can I cancel if it rains?
If the forecast calls for rain on the day of your reservation, and we both agree, prior to delivery, that it might be unsafe to use the bounce, then your deposit can be applied to another day. No refunds will be given after the unit is set up.
What to do during a rain storm:
Water on the bounce makes it very slippery and dangerous. Get all of the kids out of and off of the unit. Unplug the blower at the power source and allow the unit to uninflate by itself. If the wind and rain stop, plug the unit back in and wait until fully inflated. Towel dry completely before allowing play to resume.
Can I cancel if it gets very windy?
If the forecast calls for high winds on the day of your reservation, and we both agree, prior to delivery, that it might be unsafe to use the bounce, then your deposit can be applied to another day. No refunds will be given after the bounce is set up.
What to do during high winds:
Get all of the kids out of and off of the unit. Unplug the blower at the power source, and allow unit to uninflate by itself. If the winds die down, plug the unit back in and wait until fully inflated before allowing play to resume.

In order to enhance the experience for you, we provide a safty guildlines toy you when we set up your unit.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, Company Checks and of course, cash. We do not accept personal checks.
